People & Office Admin Intern

**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
As a People & Office Admin Intern, you will support 2 main tasks related to office administration and people operations. In this dual role, you will ensure the smooth operation of our office while also contributing to key HR activities.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**:
**Office Administration**:
- Oversee office supplies inventory, ensuring timely replenishment and cost efficiency.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office requirements (ex: utilities, internet, decorations, etc)
- Manage office access, including liaising with the landlord for card access requests and security updates.
- Serve as the point of contact for office-related queries.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment.
**People Operations Support**:
- Assist with onboarding processes, including preparing workspaces and coordinating new hire documentation.
- Maintain and update employee records in coordination with the People team.
- Assist with organizing company events, team-building activities, and employee engagement initiatives.
**WHAT YOU WILL NEED**:
- Last-year students or fresh graduates, regardless of your bachelor's degree, as long as you have a strong passion for learning and working in HR
- Proficient in English, both verbal and written communication."
- Be available to work 5 days a week (8 hours per day). However, flexibility can be considered on a case-by-case basis
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, etc.).
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- A collaborative, can-do attitude and a knack for solving problems proactively.
