1. Promote core competencies

Build and excecute the comprehensive plan to promote company core competencies, including offline and online activities

Able to manage the approved budget and lead the team to meet the KPI for the projects

2. Manage company social media

Monitor, follow up and have plan to take care company's social media channels - facebook fanpage, youtube,to increase the traffic

3. Employee engagement programs

Proactive plan & propose the whole year activities for company and subsidiaries (must suitable with company cultures and values)

Design the company gifts / presents for special events - birthday, outing, year end,

4. Internal communication

Consult and support other events of HR - ex: in-house training, promoting internal policy, employee's

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Đại Học

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- 03 Year of experience in similar position
- Experience to develop the core competencies program
- Experience to organize internal events for whole company (year end dinner, outing trip, family day, celebration, ) with scope at least 800 headcount and above
- Proficient in Office software
- English Proficiency
- Have knowledge of full process of event planning & organizing in one company
- Knowledge of working in multi-generations
- Knowledge of design powerpoint slide
- Knowledge of content writing for internal announcement, proposal,
- Delegate tasks and monitor the productivity
- Mentor and coach team member to deliver the job
