**Job summary**:
A multi-national company is currently looking for a National Field Force Manager to be based in Ho Chi Minh City.

This National Field Force Manager will be responsible for driving performance of field force team nation-wide to achieve the company's objectives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Be responsible for sales activities within the organization. Drive sales while ensuring product margins are healthy. Managing sales activities in the organization with the objective of ensuring that there are sufficient activities to close sales, managing resources to ensure that sales objectives are met.
- Driving / coaching / mentoring sales department. Ensure that the team is able to articulate the unique selling points and the value proposition of the product or service that they are selling.
- Understand and map out the customer buying process with the objective that effective sales processes are implemented within the organization to increase sales effectiveness.
- Conduct sales activities (with assistance for proposal preparation) and close sales for select strategic / high importance opportunities. Be a model of diligence and excellence for sales personnel within the organization.
- Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for new products.

**Experience requirements**:

- Strong leadership and business management and at least 3 years’ experience of leading national field team
- High understanding of market environment and nature of Pharma & Medical market
- Integrity, responsibility, high commitment
- Open-minded, services minded, strong business sense

**Education requirements**:

- Graduated from Medical University or Pharmacist University
