**Mô tả công việc**:

- Lập kế hoạch phân bổ ngân sách quảng cáo cho từng ngành hàng, từng nhóm hoạt động (Livestream, short video), từng nhóm đối tượng hàng tuần, hàng tháng
- Tạo lập, uỷ quyền dữ liệu, quản lý, theo dõi, phân tích, tối ưu các chiến dịch trên từng tài khoản quảng cáo
- Xây dựng hệ thống báo cáo chi tiêu/ hiệu quả quảng cáo nhằm cung cấp số liệu báo cáo 1 cách tổng quan, rõ ràng, hỗ trợ cho hoạt động báo cáo (CPM, CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS)
- Phân tích số liệu quảng cáo nhằm đưa ra giải pháp tối ưu hiệu quả quảng cáo theo tuần/tháng dựa trên từng nhóm đối tượng, nhóm ngành hàng, nhóm hoạt động (Livestream/ Short video)
- Trực tiếp liên hệ TikTok Ads và các bên liên quan để xử lý khi gặp vấn đề phát sinh
- Nghiên cứu, theo dõi, update liên tục về Titkok Ads, về đối thủ, thị trường, trending để bắt kịp xu hướng, từ đó có những chiến lược, điều chỉnh cho các, chiến dịch chạy Ads.
- Phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan để đưa ra các phương án tối ưu hiệu quả quảng cáo
- Trực tiếp thực hiện các thủ tục báo cáo, tạm ứng, hoàn ứng ngân sách quảng cáo theo quy trình của công ty và yêu cầu của quản lý
- Hỗ trợ, phối hợp các bộ phận liên quan để tối ưu traffic/ lượt xem/ chuyển đổi cho các short video/ livestream bán hàng
- Trực tiếp tham gia lập kế hoạch và vận hành các chiến dịch dùng ngân sách lớn của dự án bên cạnh các hoạt động quảng cáo diễn ra hàng ngày

**Yêu cầu**:

- Tối thiểu 3 năm triển khai TikTok Ads, Facebook Ads
- Kinh nghiệm >6 tháng triển khai quảng cáo trên TikTok Shop
- Chi tiêu ngân sách >300 triệu/ tháng
- Tư duy logic, tư duy phân tích số liệu và tối ưu số liệu
- Khả năng trình bày và làm báo cáo excel
