At The Wise Seeker, we are looking for a Customer Success Manager to work with one of our clients located in Vietnam: a digital asset trading platform for Vietnamese people.

Working Location: Hanoi

Sector: IT

**Tasks**
- Recruit, manage, train and develop the customer service team in terms of professional knowledge, products and communication soft skills.
- Communicate with users and partners of the exchange.
- Receive and respond to customer feedback with the Product Development Department.
- Analyze data and customer information to help the Company better understand user needs and improve the experience their experience with the Company's products.
- Propose and implement ideas that enhance customer service quality and support product development.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience related to similar position
- Graduated from Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, and Communications.
- Experience in the field of customer service and improving user experience.
- Meticulous working style, agile, good communication.
