Call Center Consultant

**About the Role**: _We are looking for Customer Services (Call Center) for our client, which is a French company with 25 years of experience specializing in PMS and POS consulting. Experience in the operational hotel industry/property management system PMS or being fluent in French is a big plus for this position; if not, you will be trained by our experts._
**Working location**: The Galleria 6, 59 Vo Nguyen Giap, Thao Dien, District 2, HCMC
- Ensure that the solution corresponds to the specifications as well as to the customer's operational flows.
- Resolve any operational shortcomings of the solution.
- Responsible for setting up the PMS software suite. Install, Configure, and test all peripheral interfaces to third-party vendor systems.
- Transmit the necessary elements to the good implementation follow-up.
- Work with the Team Leader(s) and other consultants to ensure that the level of service requirements are maintained and exceeded.
- Adhere to and follow the procedures put in place with precision and efficiency.
- Maintain and enhance the image of the company by acting in a professional manner.
**Job Requirements**:
- An ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with team members and clients.
- Experience in the operational hotel industry/ property management system PMS is a plus
- Computer skills
- Good spoken and written in French
- Spirit of mind and autonomy
- Common sense and dynamism
