**Position Overview**:
As a Japanese-Speaking Call Center Representative, you will be instrumental in facilitating business negotiations by setting appointments via telephone calls using Japanese scripts. Your responsibilities will include approaching target companies, managing prospective customer information, and reporting daily appointment results.

**Key Responsibilities**:
୨୧ Utilize Japanese scripts to set appointments for business negotiations via telephone calls, targeting specific companies.

୨୧ Gather and manage information from prospective customers.

୨୧ Make outbound calls to follow up with clients, conduct surveys, and gather feedback.

୨୧ Effectively handle incoming calls from Japanese-speaking clients, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product/service information.

୨୧ Create and report on daily appointment results.

**Qualifications**:
୨୧ No prior experience is required

୨୧ Fluent in Japanese with a minimum proficiency of JLPT N2 level (JLPT N2/N1)

୨୧ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Japanese.

୨୧ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations with empathy and professionalism.

୨୧ Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.

୨୧ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
