**RESPONSIBILITY**
- Assist Chairman in developing and executing company’s strategies and plans
- Coordinate, supervise the ongoing and upcoming projects
- Manage the schedule and provide clerical and administrative supports
- On behalf of the Chairman to ensure effective communication both internally and externally
- Conduct the research, prepare presentations, analysis and reports as requested
- Monitor legal issues and ensure company activities comply with legal regulations.
- Other tasks as assigned by the Chairman
**REQUIREMENT**
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Economics, Business Administration or related fields.
- Minimum 3 year working experience as personal assistant to Chairman, CEO
- Having Knowledge and passion about Marketing, Media is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and problem solving skills
- Trustworthy, dynamic, sharp thinking and proactive at work
- Proficiency in English and MOS
- Can handle business trips
