RESPONDSIBILITIES:
Advise and assist for the Chairman of the Board of Directors in the field of financial investment and accounting.

Accounting Work:

- Advise the Directors and the General Directors on accounting regimes and policies, and inspect and control the financial and accounting work of the group;
- Check and control the collection and payment of cash, bank deposits,...;
- Manage company assets through books;
Financial Work:

- Project declaration, cash source, cash flow, effective cash flow investment review.
- Maintain the liquidity of the Enterprise and ensure sufficient financial resources for the Enterprise.
- Valuation of the company and business orientation. - Mobilizing capital: Banks, financial funds, investment cooperation, unsecured cash loans.
- Advise the Board of Directors on long-term, medium-term and short-term financial policies.
- Advise and propose measures to improve the efficiency of financial management, optimize costs in the Company and the group in terms of revenue and expenses; capital recovery, debt recovery...
- Review and monitor the financial plan, control the financial situation of the Company and the group to take remedial measures.
- Prepare contingency plans for funds in appropriate formats to meet unexpected funding needs.
- Work closely with the members of the Board of Directors of the Company, control the production and business activities of the units in the group.
