Reporting to: General Manager

1/ Overall purpose
- In charge of propagating and franchising YMVN musical education as company target
- Understand Yamaha Music School Franchise Business and communicate well with Yamaha headquarters for development of franchise business.
- Support franchise owners through the frequent communications and necessary trainings.
- Review and Monitor the each franchisee's performance, and analyze it to support franchisee for improvement of sales/ enrolment performance.
- Obtain market information and analysis

2/ Key responsibilities and duties
- Support to develop and contract along with franchise agreement and local regulations
- Coordinate and support music school activities/events
- Ensure overall franchise performance optimization, qualification & relationship management with music school partners.
- Share best practices across franchise centers to improve financial performance, customer experience, and franchisee satisfaction.
- Update franchise centre-specific briefing documents and material for both internal and franchisee use depends on the necessity.
- Maintain and analyze records of franchise centre-level performance metrics and data with the effective solutions
- Ensure effective franchisee servicing and management
- Assist in the periodic budget review, summarizing key insights.
- Other tasks assigned by line manager

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
3/ Required working experience
- At least 2-3 years working experience in business development, any of experience or skill such as franchise sales, educational business, skill for sales data analytics is a plus.

4/ Required qualifications
- At least Bachelor’s degree in marketing/ management or Business Administration

5/ Required languages
- English Proficiency in both writing and speaking

6/ Required knowledge and skills
- Able to work independently or in a team, and proactive
- Growth mindset and business acumen
- Analysis and problem-solving
- Good relationship building
- Good in negotiation and communication
- Customer-focused with effective customer-handling skills
- Self - motivated, dedicated and integrity
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Presentation & Organizational skills

**Salary**: Negotiable

**Working time: from Mondays to Fridays - from 9:00 to 18:00
