FRANCHISE MUSIC SCHOOL
- Seeking partners, surveying, and evaluating the capacity of potential franchise partners. Identifying and analyzing the feasibility of franchise activities
- Collecting, analyzing and synthesizing information to support manager in making a decision to choose franchise partners
- Coordinate and support activities/events of department and partners
- Maintain closing relationships and support franchise partners’ activities to ensure the operation according to brand standards and optimize partner’s revenue
- Other tasks are assigned by line manager

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
3 - Required working experience
- At least 3 years working experience in business development/ franchise/ brand building. Educational business is a plus

4 - Required qualifications
- At least Bachelor’s degree in marketing/ management or Business Administration

5 - Required languages: English Proficiency in both writing and speaking

6 - Required knowledge and skills
- Able to work independently or in a team, and intensively proactive
- Growth mindset and business acumen
- Analysis and problem-solving
- Good relationship building
- Good in negotiation and communication
- Customer-focused with effective customer-handling skills
- Self - motivated, dedicated and integrity
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Presentation & Organizational skills
