The Comp & Benefits Analyst cum Mobility Coordinator is a developing professional role. Deals with most problems independently and has some latitude to solve complex problems. Integrates in-depth specialty area knowledge with a solid understanding of industry standards and practices. Good understanding of how the team and area integrate with others in accomplishing the objectives of the subfunction/ job family. Applies analytical thinking and knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies. Requires attention to detail when making judgments and recommendations based on the analysis of factual information. Typically deals with variable issues with potentially broader business impact. Applies professional judgment when interpreting data and results. Breaks down information in a systematic and communicable manner. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to exchange potentially complex/sensitive information. Moderate but direct impact through close contact with the businesses' core activities. Quality and timeliness of service provided will affect the effectiveness of own team and other closely related teams.

**Responsibilities**:

- The Comp & Benefits Analyst cum Mobility Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that the firm has competitive and cost effective reward policies and practices. The Comp & Benefits Analyst cum Mobility Coordinator is responsible for executing the firm's reward strategy, managing the key areas of reward, benefits and pensions and liaising with third parties to follow a consistent best practice approach.
- Ensures that reward practices are compliant with the relevant regulatory recommendations and requirements are also covered in this function.
- Provides support to cross-franchise.
- Provides consulting services and advice to cross-franchise stakeholders in the key areas of expatriate and local international compensation and benefits, including immigration, taxes, and vendor management.
- Responsible for broader regulatory obligations of the Compensation and Benefits function in the area of taxes and superannuation.
- Responsible for implementing and supporting expatriate, short term and long term local-to-local relocation activities.
- Consults directly with management of the relocating employee and provides counsel and orientation to prospective employee.
- Manages the expatriate database, programs and processes.
- Develops expatriate assignment and localization packages.
- Manages vendor relationships.
- Provides support to the HR community and the Business on all issues impacting cross-border movements.
- Follows established guidelines and identifying and resolving problems.
- Responsible for regular reporting or process administration as owner.

**Qualifications**:

- 2-5 years relevant experience or HR Generalist experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on MS Excel
- Ability to meet deadlines while dealing with multiple priorities.
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrates basic executional capabilities and taking on more responsibility.
- Fluent in Vietnamese and English
