- Tiếp nhận Hồ sơ khách hàng bán buôn sau( B2B) khi đã có hợp đồng, lập hồ sơ khách hàng mới để cài đặt hệ thống kế toán và thông tin hoạt động của KH đến các bộ phận liên quan. / Reception the wholesale customer profile (B2B), create a new customer profile on the accounting system and announce the customer's activities to relevant departments
- Theo dõi, cập nhật hệ thống dữ liệu hợp đồng khách hàng trên hệ thống, đảm bảo dữ liệu cập nhật và chính xác theo từng thời điểm. / Monitor and update customer contract data on the system, ensuring data is up to date and accurate from time to time
- Lưu trữ hồ sơ khách hàng theo quy định nhằm đảm bảo duy trì hệ thống liên lạc với dữ liệu chuẩn./ Maintain customer records as required to ensure the data correctly
- Chịu trách nhiệm đảm bảo đơn hàng giao đến khách an toàn về sản phẩm, đúng sản phẩm và thời gian yêu cầu bằng cách kiểm soát đơn đặt hàng, các tuyến đường giao hàng theo khung giờ đã được xây dựng và xác nhận bởi Trưởng Bộ phận / Responsible for ensuring the order is delivered to the customer safely, with the right product and the required time by controlling the order, the delivery routes according to the time frame that have been built and confirmed.
- Xử lý các khiếu nai khách hàng bán buôn về chất lượng và thời gian, chất lượng dịch vụ của nhân viên tiếp nhận và giao đơn hàng, báo lại các bộ phận liên quan để cải tiến./ Handling wholesale customer complaints about quality and time, service quality of staff receiving and delivering orders, reporting to relevant departments for improvement.
- Lưu hồ sơ Nhật ký chăm sóc khách hàng B2B, kiểm tra tần suất khiếu nại KH với các phát sinh, báo cáo lại Quản lý để cải tiến nâng cao chất lượng dịch vụ./ Keep records of B2B customer care log, check the frequency of customer complaints with arising, report back to Management to improve and improve service quality.
- Đi thị trường chăm sóc khách hàng tại các siêu thị đã nhập hàng (Kiểm tra cách bày biện sản phẩm tại quầy, tư vấn sản phẩm phù hợp hơn với khách hàng và tư vấn khai thác sản phẩm mới trên thị trường./ Onsite market to take care of customers at supermarkets (How the products to be displayed at the counter, advise on products that are more suitable for customers and advise on exploiting new products in the market.
- Kiểm soát lượng hàng xuất trả, bán ít với từng khách hàng. Đồng thời tăng đơn hàng với các sản phẩm có khả năng mang lại doanh số cao để lên phương án điều chỉnh với từng khách hàng nhằm đảm bảo nguồn doanh thu mang về cao nhất và chi phí thấp nhất / Control the amount of goods returned and sold less with each customer. - Lập báo cáo doanh thu khách hàng theo quy định. Kiểm soát nguồn tiền hàng bán buôn dựa theo : tiền hàng chưa thu được, tiền thu được về và báo lại Quản lý về doanh thu tháng. / Submit the monthly revenue report. Control the revenue for wholesale goods based on: uncollected goods, received money and report back to Management for monthly revenue.
- Chịu trách nhiệm lập báo giá sản phẩm và gửi khách hàng mới sau khi được phê duyệt. Theo dõi yêu cầu của khách và báo cáo phát sinh cho đến khi chốt được đơn hàng. / Responsible for quotation to the new clients after approval and to follow up until the transaction is closed.
- Chịu trách nhiệm chăm sóc kênh order online về nội dung, và cập nhật thay đổi theo yêu cầu/ Responsible for the online order channel in term of content, feedback to online clients and updating changes as required
- Lập kế hoạch và chịu trách nhiệm thông báo lịch giao hàng, lịch nghỉ ngày Lễ, ngày Tết, các thông báo khác nếu có./ Planning and responsible for notifying delivery schedules, holidays, New Year's Day, other notices if any.
- Gửi thông báo điều chỉnh đơn giá sản phẩm theo xác nhận của công ty hoặc Quản lý Bộ phận/ Announcing the product price adjustment to clients and relevant department as confirmed by the company or HOD ( if any)
