Omnichannel Sales Manager

**DESCRIPTION**
- Lead and manage online and offline sales team to achieve ambitious sales goals
- Build performance metrics and measurement systems to measure the effectiveness of the team
- Create, revise, and standardize SOPs for the sales team
- Develop training programs and coach the team to increase selling capabilities
- Analyze data related to lead funnel, find the problems, and suggest solutions to improve conversion rates at stages
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on initiatives (new stores, new sales pipelines, etc.)
**REQUIREMENT**
- Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions in automotive industry or in selling high-value products, with proven track record to meet and exceed goals
- Substantial understanding and knowledge of omnichannel strategy and execution with national retailers across multiple channels
- Systematic, data driven, and entrepreneurial approach to accomplishing tasks with limited resources
- Excellent communication, time management, organization and presentation skills
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Versatile and results driven
- Ability to work independently and autonomously, without formal requirements documentation, in a fast-paced environment; ability to manage changing priorities
- Ability to travel (10-30%) required
