**THE ROLE**

**THE RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Oversee the daily operations of the IT department, including managing the helpdesk and ensuring the timely resolution of user requests.
- Supervise and mentor IT staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work and continuous professional development.
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Manage the deployment and maintenance of hardware and software systems, including servers, network infrastructure, and end-user devices.
- Work with other departments to identify and implement IT solutions that meet business needs.
- Monitor and maintain company data and systems’ security and integrity, ensuring backups and disaster recovery plans are in place and tested regularly.
- Maintain a strong understanding of emerging technologies and trends in the IT industry, and make recommendations for adoption where appropriate.
- Prepare and present regular reports on IT operations and performance to senior management.
- Research, prepare, and present regular IT costs to the manager for budget planning.

**KEY REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in IT management, with a proven track record of leading successful projects and teams.
- Basic English
- Strong technical skills, with expertise in one or more of the following areas: network infrastructure, system administration, cybersecurity, or software development.
- Deeply understand Microsoft environment (D365 BC, Azure, )
- Remotely control multi-device skills, building IT policy (multi countries devices control)
- Strong network environment development skills (focus on Cloud more than On-prem)
- Retails stores IT model knowledge for quick adapt, and support is required
- AI-related knowledge is required to support assigned tasks
- Deeply IT security knowledge is required to keep company asset safety
- ITIL and ITSM knowledge are required to understand and go on the 3-5 years vision roadmap
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex IT issues.
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices related to IT governance, risk management, and compliance.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Ability to go on a business trip (domestic/overseas)
- Coding skills (DevOp) - JavaScript, php, html, css, python in case need hotfix
