**Job Description**:
1. Develop project technology strategy by understanding key client objectives; diagnosing and mapping client requirements; articulating solution risks and barriers; recommending project approaches; preparing time and cost estimates; and planning the full project life cycle.

2. Prepare and deliver business value solutions for customers, including proposal writing, presenting, and conducting proof-of-concept to showcase its technical feasibility when necessary.

3. Propose technical solutions, oversee the selection of technologies, and estimate resources required to develop the proposed solutions to meet customers’ requirements.
- Work closely with the sales team on proposals and pitches for business.
- Attend meetings with Sales Managers and act as a technical expert.
- Put together business cases for the sales team to support their proposals.
- Work closely and collaboratively with customers to devise effective solutions.
- Ensure that the company’s solutions can deliver on the customer’s requirements.

4. Complete technical document refers to TOR/training/site-reference etc.

5. Any other ad-hoc duties as required or assigned.

**Qualifications**:
1. 8+ years experience in the IT industry with 3+ years as Business Analyst/ Presales Manager in IT/ Software Outsourcing Service Company.

3. Has deep analytical and problem-solving Skills

4. Used to be involving in design, development, operation and maintenance as an engineer

5. Professional business/ technical English is required
