The role will be responsible for:
1. Supply Planning & Logistics Management:

- Oversee Supply planning to guarantee monthly orders accurately reflect market demands while optimizing lot size & costs.
- Collaborate with the Logistics Partner to ensure timely arrival of finish goods (FG), facilitate smooth customs clearance to prevent demurrage fees and/or production delays, by understanding local import practices, coordinating with Factories and Customs.
- Manage incoming and outgoing shipments efficiently and effectively.
- Promptly identify & highlight potential issues, preferably with suggested solutions.
- Contribute to the overall objective of sufficiently supplying FG demands to maximize business opportunities while minimizing costs.
- Collaborate with the Logistics Partner to deliver products to distributors/customers as planned.
- Serve as a key liaison connecting internal cross-functions with external stakeholders (supply capacity, e.g. prioritizing customs clearance).
- Ensure timely stock deliveries from warehouse to Distributors/customers (averting Out-of-Stock situations), with optimal costs and freshness.
- Regularly assess and propose measures to enhance logistics quality & reduce costs.

2. Inventory and Warehouse Management
- Administer Monthly & Quarterly stock counts, FG destruction, warehouse visits, ensuring proper documentation & procedures for internal control & audit.
- Manage and control stock levels and profiles, involving sales teams to maintain high availability.
- Manage distribution processes to ensure efficient warehouse inflow and outflow.
- Review and propose actions to enhance warehouse storage quality.
- Report monthly & quarterly about consolidated inventory, Closing inventory, Management presentations, Transfer price validation, etc.

3. Other tasks:

- Budgeting: Conduct budget plan bi-annually.
- Cost optimization: optimize logistics operation costs (e.g., air/sea transportation, insurance, warehousing), optimize distribution costs.
- Work closely with internal Finance sub-functions to achieve overall business objectives as a team.
- Other tasks assigned by upper level.

Job Requirements:

- A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Logistics, is required.
- At least 5 years’ experience in Supply Chain or Logistics roles.
- Experience in supply planning within multinational corporations is necessary.
- Proficiency in Inventory Management including quarterly stock-takes, handling destruction, and conducting distributor visits is essential.
- Competence in Warehouse Management, specifically in maintaining and enhancing storage conditions, is required.
- Strong Project Management skills are necessary to initiate, oversee, and drive processes effectively.
- Familiarity with SAP is advantageous.
- Demonstrating business and commercial acumen is crucial for providing insightful supply chain and logistics analyses and recommendations.
- Fluency in English and proficiency in MS Office, particularly in Power Point and Excel
