1. Territory Management and Prospecting:

- Manage a designated sales territory, prioritizing high-potential prospects and accounts.
- Conduct regular prospecting activities, including cold calling, door-to-door visits, and networking events.
- Utilize market research and industry knowledge to identify key decision-makers and influencers.

2. Client Engagement and Relationship Building:

- Build strong relationships with prospects and clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored logistics solutions.
- Conduct onsite visits and facility tours to assess client requirements and propose customized service offerings.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing guidance on logistics best practices and value-added services.

3. Sales Strategy Execution:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the value proposition of our services.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable agreements and meet customer expectations.

4. Market Intelligence and Competitive Analysis:

- Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities within your territory.
- Gather intelligence on customer needs, preferences, and pain points to refine sales strategies and offerings.
- Provide feedback to internal teams on market insights and competitive positioning.

5. Performance Tracking and Reporting:

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress.
- Monitor sales performance against targets and KPIs, adjusting action plan as needed to drive results.
- Prepare regular reports and updates for sales management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities.
