Lending Ops Manager

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Manage and run day to day operations of lending business including onboarding (data entry, customer forms, systems), customer support, disbursement & repayments, document management
- Collaborate with different stakeholders to build operation process & systems
- Conduct operation process training to branch staff to ensure all operation process and procedures are implemented
- Organize and monitor the business activities, accounting and budget management according to the company regulations, make relevant reports within the company and state management agencies.
- Recruit, training and motivate operation team members
- Stay updated with latest operation best practices and tools to implement

**REQUIRE**MENTS**:
**Basic requirements**:

- Ngôn ngữ: Giao tiếp tốt bằng Tiếng Việt, có Tiếng Anh là lợi thế./ Language: Proficient in Communication in Vietnamese, good communication in English is an advantage

**2. Qualifications**:
Education qualification:

- Bachelor degree in Economics, Finance, Banking, or Business

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required for this position, experience in a alternative lending model is a plus
- Proven skills in planning and developing products or solutions for debt collection and management
- Leadership capability to mentor and coach
- In-depth knowledge and experience in bank lending products
- Excellent Communication skill with full of passion.
- Attitude: Be honest, proactive, enthusiastic at work, and able to work under pressure.
