Our client is the leading fintech company in Southeast Asia who is looking for experienced talent to join their firm:

- Design and Manage all business channels: Direct sale, Call Center (telesales), Store online - to
- offline (branch), R&D products
- Design and implement business strategies, plans, products and procedures
- Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth for Lending project
- Establish policies that promote company culture and vision
- Oversee daily operations of the project and the work of executives
- Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication
- Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
- Write and submit reports to the CEO
- Manage relationships with partners/vendors
