Our client is a leading fashion brand in Vietnam who is looking for an experienced talent to join their firm:
- Organize the overall management and operation of the department, including the construction, implementation, control, and improvement of activities, processes, and resources in the Warehouse Department.-
- Organize the execution of shipping, transportation, and delivery of goods according to the delivery plan.-
- Select carriers and negotiate contracts and freight rates.-
- Collaborate with the HR department to recruit and train staff for the responsible department.-
- Manage and assign tasks to each staff member within the department, provide guidance, and create an effective work environment for the entire warehouse system.-
- Plan and implement tasks such as repairs, expansions, renovations, and installation of equipment for the warehouse and ensure they meet the companys standards.-
- Organize the implementation of 5S practices in the Warehouse.-
- Organize and be responsible for planning the receipt of production and commercial goods. Advise on maintaining minimum stock levels in different stages.-
- Manage inventory: oversee quantity (incoming, outgoing, and on-hand) of goods, perform procedures for incoming and outgoing goods, arrange storage, labeling, preservation, and packaging of goods. Carry out packaging of goods according to requirements.-
- Organize shipping, transportation, and delivery between warehouses, stores, and customers as required. Monitor and inspect delivery progress.-
- Manage the companys vehicle fleet.-
- Proactively handle related tasks. Provide direct support to warehouse staff in resolving difficult cases or obstacles beyond their own capacity (if applicable).-
- Research ideal transportation and routing techniques. Design and coordinate with relevant departments to establish a goods management system, optimizing transportation operations.-
- Collaborate with other departments to integrate post-production activities with company procedures and operations, such as production and sales.-
- Evaluate the budget and expenses of the warehouse department.-
- Ensure that all department activities adhere to laws and regulations related to import and export, and trade cooperation.-
- Follow the board of directors and your superiors instructions regarding any additional tasks that may arise.**Benefits**:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or Logistics. At least 2+ years of work experience in a similar position. Understanding of supply chains and logistics. Ability to set goals, plan, organize, control, make decisions, manage people, and manage budgets effectively. Strong leadership and negotiation skills. Effective communication, analysis, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in office software. Honest, careful, decisive, and highly responsible.
