**1. Build the plans and strategies of CS, Pricing and new product**
- Develop and implement short-term and long-term strategies and plans for CS & Pricing department to improve service quality.
- Build up & develop new product that align with the company's strategy
- Show strong sense of ownership to drive business beyond its potential

**2. Build up & manage performance of Operation Department**
- Setting & manage Dept's KPI
- Lead her/his team to archive all target assigned by company
- Working with team members and with other relevant teams/functions and pro-actively participating/delivering on commitments
- Build up training data, create training plan for employee
- Define and buid up team in their individual development plan that alight with the company's development

**3. Coordinate and manage CS Service**
- Manage overall customer service operation, servicequality and management resources of customer relationship.
- Manage the performance of CS in charge of import andexport goods and domestic CS in compliance with the Company's process and SOPwith customers.
- Monitor the service quality through customer'sreflection & engagement, rate of complaint/positive feedback, - employeeproblem-solving ability.

**4. Coordinate and manage Pricing assignments**
- In charge of getting prices from shipping lines anddomestic suppliers.
- Dealing with vendors/ partners about internationalfreight rates, negotiate for the lowest price.
- Follow team to keep updating the rates for SalesDepartment.
- Monitor and update shipping contract prices.
- Maintain and develop relationships with shippinglines, airlines, coloaders.
- Support and coordinate with Sales/Cus/Doc Departmentto resolve related issues.
- Regularly update market information.
- Research the market and evaluate the advantages ofshipping lines, airlines, international agents and purpose.
- Handle related situations.
- Propose to BOD about the working plan, developmentmethods, product strategy building.

**5. Maintain and expand relationships with customers &shipping lines/agents/suppliers**
- Establish and build strong relationship with keycustomers, shipping lines/agents/suppliers
- Receive problems and requirements of customersprovided by CS staff.
- Guide & offer solutions to support CS &Pricing staff to give feedback to customers/shipping lines/agents/suppliers.
- Work directly with shipping lines andcustomers/shipping lines/agents/suppliers.
- Control and improve service quality by bringingservice evaluation criteria.
- Implement quarterly service evaluation to customers.

**6. Studying and training**
- Research and training plan for new products: study howto handle, general concepts of new products.
- Build training plan of Soft skills for team members.
- Learn the knowledge and process of handling goods in the USA for delivery.

**7. Internal management**
- Support, participate in the recruitment process of CS& Pricing staff.
- Develop training programs, direct training to ensurethe quality of CS & Pricing staff, evaluate employee performanceperiodically

**1. Education**:

- Graduated from universities majoring in international trade, economics, maritime or other related majors.
- Good knowledge of logistics or companies specializing in forwarder.
- Good knowledge of transportation laws and regulations.
- Good knowledge and experience of forwarding (sea freight, air freight), import-export, transportation,customs.

**2. Working Experience**:

- 2 - 3 years of experience or more in the position of CS & Pricing manager in the forwarding or import-export industry;
- Priority is given to strong experience of US route both sea/air.
- Fluent in English (Chinese is aplus).
- Good MS Office.
