Functional Objective

Provide HR services by
- Provide administrative support for various HR operations, including new hire and resignation/termination process, employee benefits, filing and data input.
- Ensure HR operation is in compliant with laws and company policy and procedure.
- Hold HR and other related information in the strictest of Confidence and acting as part of the HR team to deliver staff services

Report to: HR Officer

Key Responsibilities
- 25% New hire on board and resignation/termination process
- Collect personal documents from new staffs, arrange culture training class and send to training team.
- Prepare all required forms as company requirement for new staffs to sign.
- Order, distribute uniform for new and current staffs, collect uniform from resigned staffs.
- Update employee information in HR Software within 24 hours and with high accuracy.
- Filling documents.
- 10% Do the Exit interview process for employees who resigned
- Call to interview with retired employees by using the questionnaire form available
- 15% Creating AX account, supporting the confirmation of HR information and requests to the IT department to create the CRM / MCA / POS accounts, create and deactivate Staff Membership Card
- 30% Employment contract
- Update employee information in HR software for labor contracts/appendix/training contracts of all staff.
- Filling documents.
- 10% Support the events organized by the company.
- 10% Other tasks as per request of manager and company.

- Bachelor Degree, major in business administration is preferable.
- At least one (01) years of working experience in the same position.
- Good communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
- Good computer skills.
- Good attention to details.
- Good management and motivation skills.
- The ability to be tactful and diplomatic in communication with individuals at all levels of the company, vendors, guests and members.
- Exceptional work ethic, with strong values and principles.
- Ensure high level of confidentiality towards staff personal information, staff compensation plan as well as company plan.
