- Coordinate with other departments including Project Management, Operation, FCT-Food Creative Team, CMT, Finance, and GA to make sure works in line.
- Set standards and objectives for newly assigned business brands and come up with marketing ideas for each brand.
- Optimize business operations with accountability for revenue, profitability, and sales forecast.
- Plan, direct, and coordinate with Project management, Operation team, and Restaurant managers towards effective collaboration and attainment of goals.
- Undertake sound financial management to ensure stores are profitable and stay within budget.
- Set success measurements for new business projects with clear indicators.
- Review key success indicators to evaluate the success of the new business and propose corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with the company’s policies and operational guidelines.
- Provide creative and practical solutions to address problems.
- Evaluate performance using key metrics and address issues to improve it.
- Report progress and issues to the Business Development Manager.
