**Job summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Establishing and achieving sales and profit targets.
- Maintaining competitive pricing in line with market demands.
- Conducting an adequate number of direct sales calls to drive regional growth.
- Promoting the Company's full product range within the industry.
- Collaborating with and enhancing the distribution network.
- Generating work reports and forecasts as needed.
- Coordinating sales opportunities with relevant personnel, such as executives, representatives, and distributors.
- Providing timely reports on activity related to strategic accounts.
- Defining and communicating product requirements to the technical department.
- Assisting with market research efforts. Assessing materials at customer sites and providing technical support and troubleshooting for products and processes.
- Performing training presentations on current and new technologies to customers, distributors, and rep groups.
- Interfacing with credit and quality assurance departments, as necessary.
- Attending Technical Support group conference to exchange experiences with global colleagues
- Attending company sales meetings and industry trade shows.
- Working closely with assigned Customer Service Representative.

**Experience requirements**:

- At least 5 years of total experiences in any reputable or successful Solder/Electro-Chemical industries
- Willing to travel 50% within APAC region.
- Reliable, honest, outspoken and used to regular and transparent reporting
- Motivated and driven by targets and sales growth
- Excellent organizational and communications skills
- Excellent negotiating skills

**Education requirements**:

- Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Engineering or Chemistry.
