**职位描述:**
1. 接听电话、收发快递和接待访客。
2. 负责办公环境和硬件设备的日常维护。
3. 采购和分发办公用品、管理库存。
4. 合理控制办公费用,评估供应商,及时准确地记录和报告日常收支。
5. 协调检验员与工厂的工作时间,分派检验任务。
6. 审核差旅费,提交费用报告,更新差旅费标准。
7. 协助总部与当地银行、税务机构和工商管理机构沟通,协助完成单据提交、税务申报和企业年审。
8. 按时提交工作报告。
9. 完成管理层或总部安排的工作任务。
**职位要求:**
1.本科学历,工商管理或行政管理专业优先。
2.2-3年行政相关岗位工作经验。
3.熟悉MS Office(Excel、Word、PowerPoint)的应用。
4.能流畅地使用普通话进行交流,掌握中、英双语者优先。
5.具备优秀的沟通和人际交往能力。
6.具备优秀的组织和时间管理能力。
7.具备结果导向和解决问题的能力。
**Responsibilities**:**
1.Handle phone calls, send and receive deliveries, and receive visitors.
2. Organize and keep the office clean and safe and ensure its appliances are in good working order.
3. Manage office supplies purchase, inventory and distribution.
4. Control office expenses reasonably, evaluate suppliers, record and report daily income and expenditure accurately and timely.
5. Coordinate with inspectors and factories assigning inspection tasks.
6. Audit traveling cost, prepare expense reports, maintain and update the travelling cost standard.
7. Assist the headquarters to communicate with local banks, tax agencies and business administration agencies, and assist in completing the submission of documents, tax declarations and annual audits.
8. Submit daily or weekly report to management.
9. Other related tasks as assigned by management and head office.
**Requirements and qualifications**:
1.Bachelor degree,major in business administration or administrative management is preferred.
2.2-3 years working experience in relevant positions.
3.Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
4.Mandarin speaking is a must. Bilingual Chinese and English is preferred.
5.Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
6.Excellence organizational and time management skills.
7.Result-focus and problem-solving skills.
**Salary**: $800-$1,200 per month
**Job Types**: Contract, Full-time
Contract length: 36 months
**Salary**: 18,628,000₫ - 23,285,000₫ per month
