**1. Quản lý tập trung và Quản lý thanh toán các chi phí hàng tháng của các trung tâm và các phòng ban**
**của Apollo khu vực phía Nam như**:
- **Thuê nhà hàng tháng**:
- **Thuê máy photocopy và mực in**:
- **Chuyển phát nhanh**:
- **In danh thiếp**:
- **Internet (VNPT)**:
- **Điện thoại (FPT, CMC)**:
- **Taxi (Grab, BE, Mai Linh & Vinasun)**:
- **Nước uống (Lavie)**:
- **Dịch vụ vệ sinh và bảo vệ**:
- **Và các phí dịch vụ khác phát sinh trong tháng.**:
**2. Quản lý chất lượng dịch vụ, nhân viên bảo vệ và nhân viên vệ sinh**:
- **Cập nhật cho Nhà cung cấp khi Apollo có các thay đổi về nhu cầu sử dụng dịch vụ Bảo vệ, Vệ sinh**
**(thời gian ca làm việc 24h, tăng cường,..)**
- **Ghi nhận và xử lý các phản hồi về chất lượng dịch vụ từ admin/quản lý trung tâm.**:
***3. Hỗ trợ BOD, Back Office và giáo viên nước ngoài khi có yêu cầu trong các trường hợp**:
- **Hỗ trợ trợ lý cho BOD/Manager khi cần thiết (ví dụ: mua đồ uống cho cuộc họp/hội nghị).**:
- **Đặt chỗ ở, phương tiện đi lại cho BOD/Manager và làm hồ sơ thanh toán các chi phí.**:
Job Requirements
**Tốt nghiệp Đại học hoặc Cao đẳng thuộc chuyên ngành Luật, Quản trị Kinh doanh, Ngôn ngữ Anh.**:
**Không yêu cầu kinh nghiệm và sẽ được training từ đầu.**:
**Có tinh thần trách nhiệm cao, ham học hỏi, chủ động trong công việc.**:
**Cẩn thận, nhiệt tình, trung thực.**:
**Thành thạo các phần mềm văn phòng: Word, Excel, Powerpoint,.**:
**Có kinh nghiệm làm việc trong lĩnh vực giáo dục hoặc tiếng anh là một lợi thế.**:
**Có kiến thức về luật liên quan đến hợp đồng là một lợi thế.**:
