**Parcel Perform is looking for an amazing team member to support us on the HR & office admin**
**WE NEED YOU ON OUR TEAM**
As an Office Admin, you will be one of our key members of the HR team to support the team's day-to-day office operations. You will help us with all administrative transactions for our people and the office. Together with HR members, you will help to respond to every need our people might raise and help upgrade our office to a lovable workspace. When a business reaches sustainable growth, it needs effective back-office infrastructure and you are the key driver to improve the function in a number of ways:
- Implement administration tasks, some of which involve monetary transactions;
- Manage various types of inventory so as to operate daily activities in the office in the best way;
- Checking and ensuring the accuracy of figures and information of company people, processes, and transactions in documents and systems;
- Archiving new documents and supplying stakeholders with accurate information in a timely manner;
- Monitoring company assets and sourcing suppliers and vendors;
- Joining hands to provide smooth onboarding for new members;
- Manage usage of office space & rooms and coordinate meetings for team members when necessary.
- Manage and assist on agendas, travel plans, and hotel booking for member's business trip.
- Track and replace office supplies as necessary to avoid interruption.
- Assist team members whenever there is an opportunity to do so.

- Degree or diploma in HR, Accounting or Business Administrative or related majors
- Previous experience with office administration and any kind of paperwork
- Well structured with numbers and documentation
- Upper-intermediate in English (both spoken and written)
- Experience working with suppliers and legal entities is a great advantage
- Experience in organizing events and engagement activities is a plus
- Familiar with technology / IT workspace and environment is welcomed
- Strong team player but still a self-starter
- A willingness to keep learning and pushing yourself to higher and higher levels
- Well organized and persistent in pursuing goals with the readiness to go the extra mile for your career
