Mô tả Công việc
- Receive and complete a full package of export documents.

+ Prepare customs declaration documents.

+ Prepare and process banking documents (Packing list, Invoice, C/O, BL...)

+ Coordinate with other units/ departments to complete export documents
- Contact the shipping company to get information.
- Keep documents conveniently for checking and comparing.
- Complete the documents according to the assigned LC.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by Managers.

+ Or have expertise in import and export, customs procedures and shipping operations.
- Experience:
At least 2 years working experience at same position in export or forwarder/ shipping lines companies.
- Skills:
+ Familiar with export software (Ecus...)

+ Good reading and writing English skill.

+ Use Microsoft Office fluently.
- Other requirements (if any)

+ Female under 30 years old

+ Be able to work under high pressure

+ Be careful, detail oriented

+ Eager-to-learn, passionate and thriving people
