As a Key Account Manager, E-Commerce you’ll be responsible for growing the E-Commerce business of Signify in Vietnam.

What you’ll do- Formulate the e-marketplace channel strategy and priorities to grow marketplace business- Achieve sales targets in e-commerce channel - monthly, quarterly and annually- Manage local relationship with relevant marketplace platforms and e-distributors- Work closely with internal cross-function teams to enable / automate the reporting on marketplace performance, investment & profitability and diagnostic tools to understand marketplace business- Provide strategic directions to distributors for marketplace advertising and paid research (within marketplace)- Negotiate best advertising slots- Track performance and metric on marketplace

Your qualifications- At least 3 years of experience in E-commerce, preferably on marketplace; experience in both e-ecommerce platform and brands is an advantage- Expert knowledge and thought leadership in E-commerce (B2B and B2C)- Strong understanding product information management, performance marketing & conversion funnel optimization- Ability to communicate in a clear and effective manner to key partners and leadership teams to influence the overall digital strategy and program development.- Deep understanding of Shopee, Lazada, and other relevant marketplaces operation and know how to drive sell out and No.1 ranking- Background in digital marketing would be preferred: Strong understanding of product information management, performance marketing & conversion funnel optimization- Manage local relationship with relevant marketplace platforms and e-distributors- Provides strategic direction to distributors for marketplace advertising and paid search (within marketplace)- Excellent communication and presentation skills both in Vietnamese and English
