** Location: Head Office, Ho Chi Minh City
- Ensure 100% implementation of eContent across eRetailer Pure Play (TIKI/Shopee/LZD/ADR), click&mortar (Mom&Baby channels (Concung/BIBO/Kids/ ) where product related information is displayed.
- Align and communicate governance of eContent Development, the use of repository (Content Hub, Silo and other eContent hosting tools that are applicable) to host the content and, the implementation on different online platforms.
- Work with eRetailers Content/website management teams to develop suitable plans to leverage all their content capabilities and find new opportunities to communicate brands and product

- Manage eCommerce event & campaign execution with materials design, scheme preparation, landing page implementation and tracking UX UI, Dday follow up and reporting
- Lead eCommerce CRM execution by SIS followers’ acquisition, engagement, rating & review, and CS to contribute to the increasing of sales conversion onsite.
- Manage marketing solution implementation on eCommerce onsite platform with eRetailer Search, Ads, marketing affiliates,to maximize the online sales opportunity and brand consideration.
- Initiate brand partnership to increase the opportunity of consumer pool exchange to maximize sales potential.
- Manage the gifting storage and delivery monthly to NDP
- Lead the Business on their digital initiatives (encompassing all web and social activities) by providing solutions, standards, guidance, and knowledge transfer. Proactively advise on digital topics and generate pull from the industry for digital initiatives and also to use the digital services and assets provided by Digital Services Unit.
- Manage contents on all digital communication channels (social media, website, ecommerce, EDM) for Brand Nestlé Health Science to ensure messages in alignment with marketing & communication strategies of each brand in a timely manner.
- Manage eCommerce B2B listing & marketing support
- Ensure activities will comply to FTSE4Good, WHO-Code, Nestlé policies and Instructions and local legislation in the context of delivering objectives by self/entire team.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in e-Commerce or Digital Marketing ideally at Nestlé or equivalent FMCG. Being in eCommerce Platform is a plus.
- Has consistently demonstrated success in delivering engaging digital marketing/social solutions and platforms.
- Solid ecommerce expertise
- Ability to analyze, interpret and react to real time trends and data
- Proven track record in delivering digital marketing projects
- Has consistently demonstrated success in a number of challenging and diverse business situations
- Good Internet & social platforms technical and functional knowledge
- Experience in managing signals to interpretate and react (real time analysis of trends and data, filtering, listening, adaptive - shorter lead times based on dynamic environmental changes)
- Project management skills
- Strong relationship management abilities
- Basic knowledge and experience in BBNW
- Experience working in cross function
