**Key Responsibilities**:
**End-to-End Accounting Services**:

- Provide comprehensive accounting services, from general recording to reporting and analysis.
- Ensure adherence to agreed timelines and applicable accounting policies, standards, and guidelines.

**Accruals and Prepayments**:

- Prepare monthly prepayment schedule and amortization entries.
- Complete fixed accrual entries and maintain accrual control worksheet.
- Handle manual accruals, following up on outstanding items.

**Fixed Assets**:

- Perform SAP Fixed Assets creation and ARIBA purchase requisition.
- Conduct Trial Run and Actual Run for Fixed Asset Depreciation.
- Execute AUC transfers upon request with approval.

**Billing**:

- Prepare fixed monthly billing for business partners.
- Provide explanations and address queries promptly.
- Handle quarterly true-up adjustments and withholding tax documents.

**Intercompany**:

- Review DN/CN from LBUs, ensuring proper documentation.
- Prepare upload templates, perform park document into SAP, and maintain Shared Drive.
- Facilitate settlement processes, coordinating with Treasury and following up on un-remitted funds.

**Fixed Deposit**:

- Update interest and accrued income for fixed deposits from FD statements.

**AR Aging**:

- Prepare monthly aging reports, follow up on overdue invoices, and reconcile sub-ledger lists.
- Monitor AR credit control in line with group policy.

**Bank Reconciliation**:

- Perform weekly clearing of cash open items and reconcile differences.
- Prepare monthly Bank Reconciliation Reports.

**Journal Entries**:

- Prepare and park journal vouchers in the SAP system, clearing open items as required.

**Balance Sheet Reconciliation**:

- Conduct timely reconciliations for balance sheet accounts, resolving open items promptly.

**Reinsurance**:

- Oversee Inward and Retro Reinsurance uploads, ensuring completeness.
- Facilitate IC matching, prepare Debit Notes, and manage settlements with local BUs.
- Provide estimates to the Treasury team for cashflow planning.

**Financial Reporting & Analysis**:

- Prepare reporting templates for local BUs and assist in delta ledger calculations.
- Contribute to monthly management reporting, reconciliation, and report generation.
- Coordinate audit processes, ensuring timely and quality delivery of requested items.

**Process Enhancement**:

- Develop and update Control Checklists, Training Materials, and Business Process Manuals.
- Ensure continuity by identifying, implementing, and communicating enhancements to the current process and workflow.

**Qualifications**:

- Fluent in both English and Vietnamese.
- Minimum of 2 years of AR/R2R working experience.
- Open to relocation and available to work in Malaysia.
- Familiarity with SAP system is an added advantage.

**Salary**: 20,000,000₫ - 25,000,000₫ per month
