**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- **Strategic Planning**: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's cruise tour business objectives, focusing on customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- **Brand Management**: Lead efforts to strengthen and maintain the company's brand identity across all marketing channels, ensuring consistent messaging and a compelling brand story specifically tailored for the cruise segment.
- **Cruise-specific Campaigns**: Conceptualize, execute, and analyze cruise-specific marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences, leveraging various channels such as social media, cruise-related publications, online travel forums, and partnerships with cruise industry influencers.
- **Market Insights**: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify cruise travel trends, customer preferences, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities. Translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
- **Collaborations and Partnerships**: Establish and nurture relationships with cruise line partners, travel agencies, cruise enthusiasts, and relevant stakeholders to enhance brand visibility, explore co-marketing opportunities, and drive customer engagement.
- **Budget Management**: Develop and manage marketing budgets for cruise tour campaigns, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and efficient ROI tracking.
- **Analytics and Reporting**: Regularly monitor and assess marketing performance metrics, generating insightful reports that guide decision-making and contribute to continuous marketing improvements.
- **Team Collaboration**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and design, to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business objectives and seamless execution of marketing campaigns.
- **Cruise Event Management**: Plan and coordinate cruise-themed events, exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional activities to showcase our cruise tour offerings and attract potential customers.
- **Report to**: Communication Marketing Leader

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing roles, with a strong focus on the luxury cruise or travel industry.
- Proven track record of successful cruise-specific marketing campaigns.
- In-depth understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
- Exceptional communication, partnership and event management, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and utilization of marketing analytics tools.
- Creative thinker with a demonstrated ability to drive innovative marketing initiatives.
- Experience in team management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Solid knowledge of cruise industry trends, customer behaviors, and global tourism landscape.
