Telesales Executive

**Responsibilities**:
**Job goals**
Directly conduct telephone sales activities for the company's products to achieve the company's business goals.
**Specific tasks**
- Be responsible for completing monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.
- Make Telesales calls existing and potential customers from quality data from marketing activities.
- Introduce online English education products to potential customers and persuade them purchase company products and services.
- Record customer data on the system and sustain solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Build the Company's brand through standard and professional style, tone, and language.
- Collaborate with other departments in maintaining the quality of the professional learning experience for students.
**Experience requirements**:
- At least 1 - 2 years’ experience in Telesales job or Education firm.
- Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
- Love selling & passionate about dedicating yourself to making income. Able to work independently and under high pressure.
**Education requirements**:
Graduated from college or university (Economic sector is a plus).
