- Cập nhật thông tin khách hàng, thông tin đơn hàng chính xác, kịp thời trên hệ thống quản trị khách hàng (CRM) theo quy trình hướng dẫn của công ty
- Báo cáo doanh số, hoạt động thường nhật cho cấp trên.
- Phối hợp với bộ phận phòng ban Marketing để tối ưu chất lượng contacts và hiểu sâu về chân dung khách hàng mục tiêu.

- Biết sử dụng thành thạo các phần mềm máy tính phổ biến phục vụ cho công việc.
