Campaign planning:

- Assist Line Manager in promotion proposals, training documents for Ops.
- Follow-up reports on: Promotions, Marketing budget, in-store activities implementation.
- Follow-up POSMs producing, Promotions announcement.
- Work with IT to set up Promotions on system.

Campaign execution:

- Work closely with Local Store Marketing team to ensure nationwide campaign execution.
- Follow up with Performance MKT and media agency.

Local store marketing:

- Trade area map: understanding and mapping the traffic generators of each trade area.
- NSO: plan and execute according to NSO package up to 15th month
- LSM: plan and execute local store marketing (Downstore)
- Hotline to Ops regarding FAQ for promotion execution
- Working with landlord, creating relationship with community to facilitate Marketing programs.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- University degree, preferably with marketing focus.
- At least 3 years of experience in similar position in FMCG/F&B/Retail Industry
- Prefer Operation experience/retail desirable
- Experience in promotion/trade Activation - Event - Sampling - Roadshow
- Experience in planning, presenting
- Build solid relationships internally and externally
- Operate as individual and in team environment
- Excellent written and verbal skills in Vietnamese and English
