We are _Acumen, the education brand of SannamS4 Group_ - a fast-growing international company. We provide high-quality consulting and support services to international education clients globally. One of our core services is the provision of in-country representatives to support our clients at selectively strategic locations in South and Southeast Asia.

We are seeking a professional to join the Acumen team in Vietnam, to provide full-time support to our partner, Greenwich University in the UK as Student Recruitment Manager. You will work with our Partner Success Manager (PSM) and the rest of our growing team in Vietnam.

What you will do

Purpose of the role:
The RM will report to the Partner Success Manager and work closely with internal and external stakeholders, particularly recruitment agents, to represent the global presence of the University in Vietnam and increase the overall number of Vietnamese students studying courses at the University.

The incumbent will support this purpose by representing the university at recruitment events, training education agent counsellors while building and managing these relationships, and proactively counselling prospective students to support their study journey, along with identifying opportunities to work with government departments and existing university partners.

Main responsibilities:

- Planning and delivery of activities to achieve annual recruitment targets as requested for the Vietnam market, as well as occasionally to other countries in the SEA region when requested by the University.
- Contribute to the University’s market intelligence through gathering, and sharing relevant current market information and opportunities that can support the University to meet and exceed recruitment targets.
- Represent the University, demonstrating professionalism and the University’s values, at education promotion and recruitment events, and actively contribute to raising the University’s profile and marketability.
- Work collaboratively across the International team to deliver on shared targets, build capability, and improve recruitment activity.
- Work effectively with International Admissions to ensure the University’s Admission Guidelines and Policies are adhered to.
- Assist the Regional team with a range of other tasks as required including, but not limited to:

- Conducting stakeholders’ visits to and from Vietnam or other countries.
- Providing input into Country planning for Vietnam including budget planning and expenditure
- Providing Internal and external reporting
- Undertake other duties as assigned by the University’s Regional Manager or other Acumen’s senior team members.
- Nurture relationships with the client’s network of education agents, high schools, universities, and departments of education.

What you bring to the team
- Completion of a degree and/or relevant combination of skills and experience.
- Demonstrated experience in education recruitment or experience in sales and the ability to quickly acquire knowledge on international education.
- Potential to grow outside the recruitment responsibilities to actively look for new channels.
- Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills including the ability to communicate and present effectively to groups, and with a diverse range of people and organisations.
- Demonstrated ability to work as a member of a team, as well as work independently.
- Fluent in Vietnamese and English.
