- **Main Responsibilities**:_
- Troubleshooting issue, keep track of progress, and build/fix on Production.
- Report to direct supervisor every shift.
- Attend maintenance event with related department.
- Level 2 of support, help Regular Support with technical/integration issue.
- Work with back-end technical teams in resolving issue/bug.
- **Requirements**:_
**- Have interest or experience on Technical support or Customer support, customer service**
**- Have background in IT is preferred.**
**- Basic English is OK/ Good English is preferred**

**-Have experience to work in Night shift (US time)**
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability making recommendations for future upgrades
- Ability to determine the causes of operating errors and deciding what to do about it
- Able to work solo or as part of a team
- Can work under high pressure with patience and good attitude.
- Careful and willing to learn new things, good behavior
- Having network troubleshooting experience is a plus.
