The Saltmine platform connects and improves the entire process by which workplace strategy, programming, test-fitting and design are performed. Within the past year our team has grown by 50% to 120 employees globally with offices in San Francisco, Washington DC, Singapore, Budapest & Vietnam - with an incredibly talented group of employees from the likes of Google, Autodesk, JLL and Gensler. We are growing quickly and looking for talented professionals to join our team. We’re a startup - the right person(s) should be hungry, scrappy, and willing to tackle whatever comes at us as we build the company. You should be a self-starter who is capable of owning your work while also being an integral member of the team.

We have closed our Series A funding round (one of the biggest in South-east Asia) from marquee VC firms from Singapore & US.

**Responsibilities**:

- Answer office incoming telephone calls, responding to query.
- Monitor and keep documentation of monthly office expenses: telephone, courier charge, grab fare, office leasing and electricity fee, etc.
- Work with Accounting department to complete Maintain bi-weekly office expense payment to vendors
- Manage and maintain office supplies
- Be in charge of vendors selection, vendors verification process
- Maintain office cleanliness and functional, including but not limited to supervising maintenance and cleaning service vendors
- Organize company events like Annual Health Check, Team building, Year-end Party, Birthdays and other internal bonding activities.
- Assist with the administrative onboarding and offboarding process
- Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisor/manager

**Job Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of experience in Admin roles.
- Able to work independently and under high pressure
- Logic thinking, careful, organization skill
- People relation skill, adaptable and flexible
- “Can-do” attitudes, proactive
- Responsible, enthusiastic, highly trustworthy
- Good verbal and written communication skills (both English and Vietnamese)
- Proficiency in the use of Google Sheet and the Microsoft Office Suite is required
