MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
**1. Operational Leadership and Team Management**:

- Provide leadership and direction to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of all three craft beer restaurants.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of restaurant managers and staff members.
- Foster open and transparent communication channels between the area restaurants, Company headquarters, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to support professional development and growth.

**2. Quality Control and Customer Experience**:

- Maintain high standards of quality and consistency in service, food, and beverage offerings across all locations.
- Ensure that the customer experience remains a top priority, consistently exceeding guest expectations and fostering a positive and welcoming environment.

**3. Financial Management and Strategic Planning**:

- Drive financial performance through effective budgeting, cost control measures, and revenue optimization strategies.
- Work closely with senior management to develop and implement strategic initiatives aimed at driving business growth and enhancing the overall guest experience.
- Proactively identify operational challenges and implement solutions to address them in a timely and effective manner.

**4. Compliance and Problem-Solving**:

- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and sanitation regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.

**5. Marketing Support and Insights**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to provide insights into customer preferences, market trends, and competitive analysis.
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies, campaigns, and promotions to support business objectives.
- Liaise with external partners, vendors, and agencies to coordinate marketing activities and ensure brand consistency.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for marketing initiatives based on operational insights and customer feedback.

**6. Reporting and Analysis**:

- Analyze sales, operational, and performance data to track key metrics and generate reports for senior management.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of operational processes and initiatives, identifying areas for optimization and efficiency gains.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the hospitality industry, with a focus on restaurant operations management.
- Strong leadership abilities with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive financial performance and achieve operational targets.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Knowledge of craft beer and the local culinary scene is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel.
