- Set up Team’s sales plan and manage team to conduct sales activities for Food Ingredients customers. - Manage sales expense: Control and ensure subordinates’ sales expense is reasonable and compliant. - Manage sales activities: o Supervise subordinates’ sales activities, ensure AGP & Section’s SOP is followed. o Support subordinates to achieve sales Targets. o Motivate subordinates and propose solutions for each sales situation. o Remind subordinates on sales plan monthly to ensure targets are achieved. o Follow up sales result of each subordinate to support timely. o Support subordinates to solve quality and service complaints. o Check subordinates’ daily sales report and prepare monthly report to Superiors. - Manage Team’s expense: o Control proper quantity of samples to be sent to customers. o Well manage expense of sales, gifts, transportation, etc.

- Obtained Bachelor's Degree (preferably Foods related Majors). - Having knowledge of Food Processing, Food Ingredients. - Having legal knowledge (Food Additive regulations, Labeling Regulation, Civil codes, etc.). - Having good skills to examine & interpret Sales Contracts. - Having knowledge of import-export process. - Have good management, motivation, problem finding and solving capability. - Have 3+ years of experience of sales in Food processing industry
