- **Duties/Responsibilities**:

- **HRIS Management**:

- Manage and operate Human Resources Information System (HRIS) related to technical operations and database management.
- Provides technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to HRIS users.
- Be responsible for user manuals and training to end users.
- Collaborate with C&B Team to identify system improvements and enhancements, recommends and implements solutions.
- Manages permissions, access, personalization, and similar system operations and settings for HRIS users.
- Be a liaison between HR (C&B Team), external vendors, and other stakeholders for HRIS design and implementation projects.
- Participate in the creation of new queries and reports as needed.
- Work closely with stakeholders to analyze business and user needs, documentation of requirements and translation into proper system requirement specifications.
- Involved in building, standardization the HR internal processes.
- Ensures system compliance with data security and privacy requirements.
- Performs other duties as required.
- **Org chart**:

- In charge of org chart drawing/updating for PMH and Subs
- Ensure org chart updating follows proper process
- **Other tasks**:

- Performs other duties as required.

**Kinh nghiệm / Kỹ năng chi tiết**:

- **Required Skills/Abilities**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proven ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Excellent interpersonal and technical support skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with human resource policies and procedures to ensure the HRIS meets organizational needs and goals.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Thorough understanding of all areas of information systems with a highly technical understanding of at least one commercial HRIS product.
- **Education and Experience**:

- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field required.
- At least three years of related experience required
- Previous experience with FPT iHRP is preferable.
