**Mô Tả Công Việc**:
**Administration**
- Guarantee the correct, repeatable, and verifiable installation of operating systems and standard software
- Maintaining and generating an overview of commercial software installations
- Maintaining and generating an overview of all hardware
- Mobile communication and data transfers
- Provide regional security reports and consultancy to the corporate IT Security team
- Advising and communicating local cybersecurity topics to employees in the region
- Knowledge of IT guidelines and policies and acting respectively
- Other duties as requested, in line with skill and experience

**Helpdesk & Asset Management**
- In charge of some small problems in hardware PCs, Printers, Scanner, and telephones.
- In charge of supporting the new entrance to use their account and PC on the first day in the company.

**Yêu Cầu Công Việc**:

- At least 1 year working experience in IT Administrator
- Good command of English (written and verbal)
- Technical desirable:

- Proven experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator, or similar role.
- Advanced knowledge in computer operating systems (Microsoft Windows, Linux)
- Advanced skills in administrate hard
- and software for client devices (Workstations, Notebooks, Mobile Devices,)
- Knowledge of system security (e.g., intrusion detection systems) and data backup/recovery
- Clear and effective communication, creative problem-solving, open-mindedness and cost awareness.
- Preferable:

- Knowledge or experience in MS365, SharePoint, etc. is an advantage
- Knowledge or experience in any cloud infrastructure is a big advantage: Azure, AWS, GCP
- We expect you to work independently and have high degrees of willingness to learn.
- Critical thinking but open-minded
