**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**1. New Employee Onboarding**:
- Assist in coordinating the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring all necessary requirements are completed accurately and on time.
- Collaborate with IT departments to facilitate smooth integration of new employees into training programs and systems.
- Provide administrative support during orientation sessions, including preparing materials and organizing logistics.
**2. User Account Setup**:
- Work closely with related personnels to set up new user accounts for employees accessing training platforms and tools.
- Ensure timely provision of access permissions and troubleshooting assistance as needed.
**3. Timekeeping and Expat Support**:
- Maintain accurate records of employee attendance and time-off requests, utilizing company timekeeping systems.
- Assist expatriate employees with administrative tasks related to visas, residency permits, and other documentation requirements.
- Serve as a point of contact for expatriate employees, offering guidance and support in navigating administrative processes.
**4. Welcoming New Employees**:
- Coordinate with the other departments to organize welcome activities for new employees, fostering a positive and inclusive onboarding experience.
- Assist in arranging mentorship or buddy programs to facilitate new employee integration into the team culture.
- Act as a resource for new hires, providing information and assistance as they acclimate to their roles and surroundings.
**5. General Administrative Support**:
- Perform routine administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry to support the efficient operation of the training department.
- Respond to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders in a timely and professional manner, directing them to the appropriate team members as needed.
- Proactively identify opportunities to streamline administrative processes and implement improvements where possible.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in an administrative role, with demonstrated proficiency in
- project management and team coordination.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize
- Tasks and manages competing demands effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact
- Professionally with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and
- solutions-oriented mindset.
