**Responsibilities**
- Full management of the operation and service delivery to our customers
- Responsible for the safety of the aircraft and welfare of our people
- Coordinating day to day activities and follow-up of quality delivery failures
- Pro-activate management in shift planning and adapting to the needs of our customers schedules is vital in this role.
- Responsible for the station budget planning and PNL
- Cost sensitive approach to resource planning handling is key to success, identifying lean process and out of the box ideas will set us apart.
- Represent the Head of Ground handling at various meetings key stakeholder, airport third party meetings or as requested
- Ensure service level agreements are met to ensure the highest level of service is offered to our customer
- Implement standard SOP and operating standards to help showcase the company as a new growing ground handling company that can be recognized by its standard of work and delivery
- Create a great place to work through recognition and communicating with the team by role modelling the company’s Ethos of employee value.
- Deliver consistently high department standards through robust routines and processes, delivering operational excellence and responsible for the safety and welfare of the employees
- Identifying any inefficiencies identified at stations that’s driving unnecessary costs or impacting on quality delivery
- Responsible for the performance management and development of the team
- Build and develop stakeholders’ relationship across the Airport
- Complete weekly / monthly performance and Financial reports and any recorded incidents accidents deviations from the company standards

**License and experience requirements**

Licensed Aircraft Engineer / Station Engineer (CS) [B1 / B2 optional]

Maintaining safety and performance standards during his duty period.

Ensuring a high-quality standard of maintenance and appearance of aircraft, vehicles, and equipment during his duty period.

The quality of all work performed in accordance with his terms of approval.

Complying with directions of the Shift Supervisor.

Ensuring his personal Inspection Authorisation and License remains valid.

Ensuring that He/She remains current with local Line station Procedures and all Operator’s Procedures at his main base and that He/She will familiarize himself with another station’s local procedures and operators’ procedures should He/She be transferred or temporarily covering shifts.

Completing all documentation required prior to completion of his duty period.

Making necessary amendments as directed to aircraft, company, and customer manuals.

Health & Safety is maintained in accordance with the company’s Safety Policy.

Such other duties as reasonably directed. [MOE 1.6.2] [MOE 3.4.1] [AMC145.A.30/35]

Assist in strategy development to ensure maintenance activities within Line Maintenance are performed in compliance with established company technical and quality standards as approved by EASA to achieve on time departure, reliability, safety, and revenue targets. [TPM QALA-2065] [TPM QA-LA-2523]

Be aged over 21years.

EASA 66 CAT B1.1 License or equivalent valid in the appropriate category and sub-division.

Practical experience worksheets or QA verification to show current experience on appropriate aircraft, systems, and documentation.

Have completed mandatory training as necessary i.e., Human Factors, recurrent training, Fuel Tank Safety, EWIS, and E-logbook as required for specific aircraft types.

Accomplish any required difference training.

Excellent time management, with the ability to manage competing priorities and effectively communicate to senior management

Strong organizational skills

Previous experience in ground handling or airline management

Full computer literacy with experience in MS office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Ability to live and work in Hanoi

**Salary**: From 145,000₫ per month
