**What will you work on?**

Manage and lead a team of Project Manager and Engineers to carry out all engineering activities at vendors on the product development and debug to meet the product specifications, cost and schedule.

**How will you create impact?**
- Support and grow our Interactive/Doll/Plush business.
- Plan, manage, and control engineering development activities from prototyping to production.
- Communicate and resolve all product, quality and manufacturing issues with vendors and internal departments.
- Handle the consigned material, and special components sourcing and cost negotiation.
- Assist sourcing, MOQ and cost negotiation on new material and material authorization review.
- Provide technical support and debug as needed.
- Drive VAVE activities to meet targeted cost saving.
- Train and develop staffs.

**What are your skills and experience?**
- Master Degree or Bachelor Degree in Engineering or related discipline;
- At least 7 years’ experience in the (Hard / Soft toys) industry;
- Multi-national company experience is a must;
- Has knowledge in the (Hard / Soft toys) industry standards for different countries;
- Able to review 3D models and provide design input thru DFMEA/DFM/DFA
- Understand injection molding tool construction and molding parameters.
- Able to troubleshoot injection molding defects and provide corrective actions.
- Understand surface decoration like spray painting, tampo printing, heat transfer.
- Understand assembly process like ultrasonic welding, gluing, heat staking.
- Possesses strong troubleshooting skill and familiar with Fishbone Diagram, 5 WHY analysis, Defect Mapping, DOE analysis.
- Ability to provide risk assessment and mitigation plan.
- Very hands on and data driven.
- Strong project management skill and communication skill.
- Able to transform vision into clear strategy, goal, and objectives.
- Familiar with licensed product process and approval.
- Possesses superior problem-solving skills, and independent decision-making abilities, all while operating in an extremely demanding, fast-paced team setting.
- Has knowledge in the toys industry standards for different countries.
- Excellent communications skill in English is a must and Mandarin/Cantonese is an added advantage.
