Our client’s team is dedicated to providing high levels of customer care, consistent and highly available service, and enabling the delivery of solutions to a diverse range of consumers across the healthcare industry.

This role is a great opportunity to flex your enterprise-level AWS and IAC skills. You will work across multiple AWS accounts and AWS services using IAC to deliver sustainable environments to a very diverse set of customers.

You will have the opportunity to be part of the service development and collaborate in a team that will push your abilities and present new challenges on a frequent basis.

You will be central to improving our ability to deliver a high-quality experience to our client’s customers across China.

**What you'll do in this role**
- Engage with customers:

- Respond to requests for assistance quickly and maintain high-quality communication.
- Help them understand and leverage standard infrastructure patterns.
- Provide guidance on AWS services and IAC.
- Collaborate with the Team:

- Provide input into the evolution of the service and ensure that the requirements of our East Asia based customers are included.
- Actively participate in and contribute to discussions and decisions on service development.
- Ensure our service is clearly documented.

**We're looking for**
- Based in East Asia and fluent in Mandarin.
- Experience with a broad range of AWS services, preferably with at least the Cloud Practitioner certification.
- Experience and confidence using IAC with Terraform experience is a notable advantage.
- Experience working in a highly technical role with Pharmaceutical/life sciences industry experience is highly preferable.
- Experience working inside a large, globally distributed enterprise.
- Demonstrable experience with customer-facing roles.
- Familiarity with Agile team processes, preferably using Jira as the process delivery tool.
- Good written and spoken English.
