Job Details

Job summary:
This business development position involves working with FMCG manufacturers, retailers, consultancies, and other companies. We are looking for individuals who can engage prospects early on by phone then meet them and enjoy working with them to build on going relationships. You will grow your industry knowledge and develop your ability to sell stories to our clients that inspire them to make successful decisions using our world class consumer panel data.

What'd you do:
In a typical week a Business Development Executive will be expected to:

- Source new clients to prospect
- Manage pipeline and prospect list
- Arrange and attend meetings with prospective clients
- Maintain and update sales records
- Manage the administrative tasks including updating sales reports, preparing needed documents and contacting clients to obtain information and answer their queries
- Build relationships with clients to deliver our ultimate goal of getting clients to subscribe to our service in the long term
- Liaise with the other departments to ensure timely deliveries
- Attend internal training.

- At least 1 year of working experience in B2B Sales
- Strong communication skills
- High client orientation
- Positive ‘can-do’ attitude
- Passion for succeeding against set business targets
- Actively seeks out new opportunities for development
- Ability to work under strict deadlines.
