DepartmentOperations- LevelExperienced (Individual Contributor)- LocationVietnam - HanoiThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
- Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
- Maintain accurate records of products that have been stocked and provide management with an accurate representation of all goods shipped and received
- Verify all incoming shipments to be accurate by comparing the received number to the order and ensure all goods are in excellent condition
- Ensure the inventory is controlled and maintained with high quality for the purpose of audits.
- Identify any missing, lost or damaged materials and immediately notify the supervisor.
- Ensure that all the merchandise is safely and securely packed and labeled for delivery.
- Scan labels to ensure products are shipped to the right destination.
- Accurately maintain company database including all stock and warehouse items on the system
- Support Operations in maintaining & repairing tools, and equipment at Hub/SOC
- Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations
- Keep the company quality policies in mind while working.

**Requirements**:

- Have 2-3 years of experience in the field of Warehouse Keeper with the job descriptions above
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Have proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and inventory systems
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Willing to work from Monday to Saturday
