- The position can be based in any markets of AP cluster** **including Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Vietnam, India, Indonesia, Philippines, Australia, New Zealand and Thailand.

**Responsibilities**:

- Product marketing for Organon’s SAC (Short Acting Contraception) and HRT brands.
- Development of integrated marketing plans and activations across the AP Cluster
- Work with Country Teams (Commercial Directors, Alliance Managers, Access Managers and Sales Managers) to understand nuances of each market in the cluster to compete and capture share.
- Turn valuable customer insights into impactful marketing activities
- Collaborate across markets and drive results by continuously optimizing the customer experience by running experiments and documenting failures and scaling successes
- Expert regarding marketing automation & marketing technology capabilities in the cluster (SFMC, portals, etc.)
- Demonstrate how data & analytics can guide our marketing initiatives, making the AP cluster a data-driven organization
- Take responsibility and ownership of problems, ensuring escalation as appropriate.

**Required Education, Experience and Skills**:

- A data driven mindset with relevant work experience doing quantitative analysis at the digital campaign and customer level
- Strong experience in digital marketing/ omnichannel marketing/campaign design experience with an emphasis on digital engagement strategy that optimizes overall customer experience to drive business results
- The capacity to effectively collaborate and drive change across borders
- A strong digital acumen and understanding of criteria for effective digital content
- A passion for data and analytics with ability to point out key insights to drive more data-informed decision making
- Relevant Bachelor’s Degree is required, Master’s Degree preferred.
- Relevant experience in digital marketing within healthcare
- Wide ranging knowledge and understanding of analytics and affinity for working with data.
- Comfortable working both independently and in a cross-functional team.
- Experience with Marketing Automation and Marketing Technology tooling (e.g. Sales Force Marketing Cloud, Veeva, Portals)
- Experience in direct-to-consumer marketing is beneficial
- Ability to work effectively cross borders displaying great collaboration and communication skills.
- Proven capability to develop sustainable and cooperative professional relationships with all levels of the organization.
- Fluent in English
